Inuit Circumpolar Conference - Alaska 1983

The Inuit Circumpolar Conference (ICC) is the international organization that officially represents about 145,000 Inuit across the Arctic. This video shows some of the celebrations and traditional dances in the 1983 Conference. I have been trying to find the name of the Inupiaq dancer that explains the songs and dances, but to no avail.
