As far as civilians know, this virgin birth is limited to weaving skin and simple cellular structures but it may soon be able to provide someone with enough dollars to pay for a new liver. Imagine an organ matching one's blood type mapped-out on a plotter as fast as a sweater from your grandmother who can tackle a Kitchener stitch in her sleep!

In 50 years there may be vending machines.
