Ok, well that person probably hasn't logged in for like 200 days and the video probably wasn't submitted for siftoff, but placed there as a self-link. Since the account is really just advertising their YouTube account and webpage (yes, same username) and either I missed this self-link or they editted the title later, this video also needs tossed. http://www.videosift.com/story.php?id=485 (self-link left in out of goodwill)

So I messed up on this, and I've apologized via email to the Last Laugh, this is a self link, but the four votes were from his flat mates. reinstated as an act of good will.

Actually the last laugh is a group of people who hang out more on youtube / myspace. I was in touch with justin, the guy who submitted this, prior to the Siftoff, and let him know that it was going on again. Sifters and directors are a necessarily diverse subset. At any rate i am going to *return this as they deserve credit for their work. The fact that lucky posted it earlier just means that it was credible enough that he saw it in another place.
