How the heck could you be stabbed in the skull with a large piece of metal.. without noticing the large hole it made on entry?

I dont buy that he didn't know that it was there, entry wound, the stabbing itself... I say he's covering for someone

Title should read, "Man doesn't notice knife in head for FOUR YEARS". I only watched this because I noticed the tag, and thought it might be like the guy who went five years with a bullet in his head.

It's entirely possible, that he got hit with the knife without seeing the knife and lost his consciousness, and just thought he'd been hit with a fist instead when he came to. Hard to tell anything really when one doesn't know the person in question. A friend of mine was hit with a knife when he was in a crowd, he didn't even notice until he started bleeding, and didn't realize it was bad even though the paramedics ignored a guy whose face had been pretty smacked up, the knife missed his heart by a centimeter or so.
