Scale one up using the Pitman arm on one of those gas-well drill hole pumps and crush yourself some 55-Gallon drums!

Do one with an unopened can! I remember these machines to recycle cans after crushing back in the late 1980s/80s.

I can just imagine how easy it would be to get a finger crushed in one of those things.

You should consider a foot pedal activation switch. That way if something goes wrong (like a finger getting caught) you let go and it stops running
