Yeah does anyone know for sure? It does sound sketchy. I sure would like to believe it's real.

But since he works from his apartment with old army surplus equipment and for some reason can't do it again and when he did tape it he was alone, It's easier to just call bullshit.

Snake oil!

To date, no experiments have shown matter with negative mass. In fact, I am not sure that even if you did conduct an experiment with a material with negative mass that that would be a demonstration of antigravity; it would just be negative gravity... That is sort of semantics.

Anyway, no independent researcher has been able to reproduce Hutchinson's experiments. In the physics community, he is regarded as a charlatan.
