This guy thinks his Iroc Camaro can deflect cop radar because he waxes it (like the stealth fighter) and that he can scare cops out of giving him a ticket. Wow!

Yep there is a reason that man has a GED and a good steady job working nights at Taco Bell and trimming his mullet.

You guys don't understand. This is taken from the Phil Hendry show. The whole premise of the show is that fake callers voiced by Phil Hendry himself call up and and fool people who aren't in on the prank. Only people that have been listening for a while are aware of the joke.
