Looks like an Asian version of "Heat," at least the shoot-out part with all of the automatic assault rifles.

I like their masks

It's actually a very good movie with a bit more depth and character than a typical Chinese bang-bang-shoot-em-up. So much so that after downloading it I ended up buying it.

Definitely worth checking out.
