I really don't mind the sound of the notes, quite nice but my god that buzzing string is just amazingly frustrating. I may have felt differently before the South African World Cup but now when I hear a buzz like that, I just want to die.

I actually didn't find that annoying at all. I quite liked it.

Hurdy Gurdy seems to produce same results as a Bagpipe with much less effort. This must be why the referendum was just voted to stay in the UK.
