Merde in this instance was french, for two reasons:
1. His accent
2. Merde in italian is the plural of merda (shit in singular)
siftbotsays...Tags for this video have been changed from 'car, wash, water, loader, excavator, bucket, liebherr' to 'car, wash, water, loader, excavator, bucket, liebherr, o merde' - edited by calvados
quantumushroomsays...I've heard of TOPLESS car washes, but this is ridiculous!
Paybacksays...Upvote for the sound of that turbo diesel. Damn that's powerful sexy. Very phallic.
brycewi19says...If there ever needed to be a slomo replay it's this.
Oh, and a steady hand.
Shepppardsays...What, no wax undercoat?
Yogisays...I don't want to believe water is that powerful. So I'll just believe that car was really crappy.
deathcowsays...Are those LCD displays in the car? Did they not know this would destroy the car?
KnivesOutsays...I was hoping it would next try to buff out the damage...
By rolling over it.

I don't want to live in a world in which water is that powerful!!
mickd1337says...This is apparently an r9800 liebherr excavator. This boasts a whopping 42m³ bucket capacity (http://www.liebherr.com/me/en/products_mc.asp?menuID=106220!11929-0) ie. if it was full it would have 42tonnes of weight as a cubic metre of water weighs a tonne. So there is say more than 35tonnes of water "washing" that car. Anyone want a shower?

My guess is compression and/or polarization-induced moire artifacts.

I, for one, welcome our new Dihydrogen Monoxide overlords.
TerraKhansays...Did someone request slow motion? How about higher quality? Would you like more angles from which to view the destruction? Your wish is my command!

cheesemoosays...Go watch this. ^
quantumushroomsays...A 'tonne'? What is that in Earth measurements?
Friesiansays...It was awesome without sound, and the added Oh Merde just really sealed the deal for me.
Paybacksays...^ Ignoring the
likely intendedsarcasm...Tonne = metric ton = 1000 kg
US ton = 2000 lbs = 908 kg
So... 40 tonne is about 10% heavier than 40 ton.
