noimssays...I was not disappointed to see this at the top of my front page under 'Hot & Rising'.
SFOGuysays...With their view blocked by the trees, the fire fighters didn't know how close that fire was...spooky.
lucky760says...The thumbnail looks like Topher Grace.

naedneksays...Hold your crotch and don't let go!
eric3579says...Here is a really cool website that tracks airplanes in real time. I've been watching tankers and helicopters fighting multiple fires today in my area. As of right now they are fighting the CZU fire with multiple helicopters just west of Boulder Creek https://www.flightradar24.com/37.09,-122.08/12 . Also fighting the SCU fire with multiple large Air-tankers including the 747 global supertanker, currently dropping around Henry Coe state parkhttps://www.flightradar24.com/37.39,-121.51/11. Also a couple copters fighting that fire just south of Livermore.
(edit) I see North of San Francisco there are quite a few helicopters and small planes fighting the fire in the Point Reyes area. https://www.flightradar24.com/37.99,-122.85/11
So many fires right now
BSRsays...Yeeeah... Let's check and see if that's standard operating protocol. Certainly wouldn't be something you'd want to say or hear at the office.
Hold your crotch and don't let go!
HerbWatsonsays...These people risk their lives because you won't stop eating meat.

....cue the excuses, ad hominens, and undermining of legitimate science. (I've heard it all before, I won't be reading them, I'm just here to remind you are putting these people in harms way for no good reason)

surfingytsays...his harness required keep arms down at all times or he would slip out

BSRsays...True, but what if he faints?
his harness required keep arms down at all times or he would slip out
surfingytsays...guessing his arms could go upward and slip out of the harness. first fireman got the good harness.
True, but what if he faints?
Jesusismypilotsays...I know on the outside they had to act all cool and professional but I hope on the inside they were like "Wheeee, this is so cool!"
