HCT: Salt Recommendations Don't Line Up with Recent Evidence

Salty foods are delicious, but for decades we've been told that sodium in our diets is a bad thing. Recent studies suggest that while limiting salt intake is probably a good idea for people with high blood pressure, it probably isn't helpful for people who don't have blood pressure issues.
