Yes, parts of the oil slick are BURNING. This is amazing, and heartbreaking.

lol the commentary on this is so bad.

guy should stick to facts , rather than trying to be a poet when he has the poetic ability of a 10 yr old.

juses christ this guy is thick ,

knowing nothing about drilling , im pritty sure the reason why the other boats are not doing a relafe well is because

a) its to deep for the boat to drill
b) would take up recources away from other cleanup actions
c) it might not have that larger effect

As usual Westy knows all, so I'll refrain from commenting.

what a moronic and self contradictory comment.

Maby next time you write something you can put something of use.

Id much rather read some iliterate idiots comments about what they think of something than read utterly uselss rubish that you just put.

Commentary or no commentary, I think the pictures largely speak for themselves, and thank Sometimes for posting it. These pics continue to remind us that BP must somehow make amends for every level of destruction that their business venture has caused - not just human loss of life or income. And we must reconsider whether drilling in conditions where we do not have the technology to address these crises, is a reasonable option.
