Crosswordssays...This game is as good as they come
schmasays...Sure is. Don't think there's ever been better voice acting cast in the history of games.
Abductedsays...Wow, I would pay to see that movie
8772says...This game gives me a hard on
ReverendTedsays...Ahh, Grim Fandango. That was a triumph. Includes such fabulous lines as, "RUN, YOU PIGEONS! IT'S ROBERT FROST!" voiced by the guy who didn't know what a "plethora" was, and a fantastic song about anchors by a giant orange mechanic-demon in a suit.
If you've never played Grim Fandango, you owe it to yourself to find a copy. (Then go play Psychonauts.)
spoco2says...Ahh, a brilliant game indeed... I spent many happy hours during my brief unemployed time playing it... made the days pleasant
jmdsays...This, Day of the tenticle, and full throttle are my fav adventure games of all time.
I tried psychonauts when I read about it being by the creators of lucas arts adventure games, but I couldn't get past the pretty horrible modeling (Character designs were great, but the models were horrible). Also you pretty much have to want to play a platforming run and jump game.
that said.. if I knew recording intros of old video games would get me in the top 15.. id have done it long ago.
southblvdsays...*animation
siftbotsays...Invocations (animation) cannot be called by southblvd because southblvd is not privileged - sorry.
cheesemoosays...Huh, I tried the demo for this years ago and thought it sucked, but this looks good. Loved full throttle and DoTT though, those are probably the best adventure games I've ever played.
10679says...Indeed. This is from the heyday of LucasArts. That is before they decided to milk the Star Wars cow for all its worth and they had loads of clever people working there.
God I wish Pixar would make a movie of this
