I have tasted a thousand different versions of this sauce, one of those things nearly every British person can make, but this is a particularly delicious recipe.

Looks good. Only thing I don't know from that is how much wine and how much chopped tomatoes.

I would imagine it's one tin of chopped tomatoes (as it's usual to use the tinned ones in these), but the wine?

I might try this tonight actually.

The speed I was referring to was the pacing of the editing, which creates a hastened look to everything.

But rest assured, my hands are steady and never rushed ;o

I tried the Eggs receipe on my wife... worked like a charm!
