Gordon Ramsay's Version of Bolognaise Ragu

I have tasted a thousand different versions of this sauce, one of those things nearly every British person can make, but this is a particularly delicious recipe.

I make it with one tin and a large glass of wine and it is beeeeeyotiful

The speed I was referring to was the pacing of the editing, which creates a hastened look to everything.
