the truth is, the lead up to the olympics here have been unbelievably retarded. but the politicians here are also unbelievably retarded. the whole thing has been a fiasco and this city would be better off without them. there's probably going to be riots here for the olypics and the financial benefit to the city is pretty much non-existent.
