Isn't he an alcoholic? Doesn't that mean he shouldn't be drinking AT ALL? Doesn't that also mean that, if he knows anything, he should at least know how to pour a beer?

I too have occasionally suffered a "stomach complaint" after a relaxed beer (or 10), thus causing me to be negligent at work the next day; though *I* would expect to be fired if that included missing my appointments with African leaders.
