I wanted to used that video but it has no embed code.
And apparently hacking youtube embed codes doesn't work if the user has disabled embedding.
That would make sense.

Or will their embed code always appear as an "invalid entry" when submitted?

Depends on the embed code. If it's valid Flash code, you will be able to submit it.

Working for me now. Probably an embed bug where if it sits too long before you hit play it dies. (YouTube was once like that.)
