I think the physics engine does exceptionally well for fat people. For normal characters, the animation seems too unresponsive or rag-dollish. But for a very obese person, that unresponsiveness seems right. They couldn't be as agile.

Is it me or is the gravity acceleration in most videogames lower than the real g?

Anyone know off-hand if the performance of the PC version has improved significantly since 1.0 (like > 20% or so) as a result of all of the patching and newer graphics drivers?

I keep thinking about buying it when I see things like this, but a friend with a near identical PC (E8400, 9800GTX) who tried it when it came out was extremely disappointed with the performance/graphics quality. I understand it has had a lot of patches though since then, and I see that it's going for ~$20 these days. Maybe this weekend I'll give it a try.
