GOP:Banning Mechanical Restraints on Kids "Gubmint Takeover"

Media Matters highlights Republican resistance to the proposed Keeping All Students Safe Act that would prohibit the use of mechanical restraints and seclusion rooms for schoolchildren who misbehave. There have been cases of death when children were restrained in devices that affected their breathing, with one kid dying in front of his entire class. These Republicans are more concerned with 'States Rights' and Private Schools.
