This video has everything!!! Kung-Fu, judo, jiu-jitsu moves, guns, tears, commotion and obese undercover cops.

Background: TV news crew in Brazil notices a tumult and follows the commotion. It’s a robbery attempt - A young man attempts to run away after snatching a mobile phone. He is chased by a mob and undercover policeman how tries to immobilize him very incompetently.

I'm not sure which video you watched Chingalera,
I saw some punk who tried to rob someone of their cell phone, get chased down, while an off duty police officer helped to hold him down till authorities came.
Okay, the effort was sub-par and a so-be-it, unprofessional (with his gun out). But no one got shot, and they caught the kid with no major incident happening.

The kid is lucky to have gotten off so lucky.
