Wow, this was really neat. I love how she plays with the whole psychology of ventriloquism, a very brave kind of performance and quite a trip! *promote

*femme I never found her particulalry funny, but I do like how she plays the silly bint and the monkey is really obnoxious. The concept is great she just needs to work on her material

"Where's my microphone?"
"You don't have a microphone."
"Well that f**ks up the illusion!"

Now THAT is good ventriloquist comedy and addresses the audience's suspension of belief.

If it weren't a comedy act, one would have to believe that she is nearing full-blown schizophrenia!

Nice looking... seems like it didn't translate very well, if she had some crazy native english speaking audience that would laugh if you looked at them sideways it might have been funnier... but the whole act where she was pretending to buy into the act and at the same time telling everyone it was all complete crap was really sort of avant-garde at the risk of sounding like a douche.

I liked it.

Crunchysays...

Getting mocked by a ventriloquist must be the worst experience ever because the hilarity is purply based on ventriloquism and especially in this case where ventriloquism is exposed so she is practically saying it right to her face without a pun intended and gets away with it.

Still, was funny and a breath of fresh air in the ventrilo-business

A good percentage of the Dutch people (especially the younger Dutch) speak at least some English, but even still, some colloquialisms aren't a part of your usual school or home study course, like "working a room," or "fisting."

Still, pretty damn funny. Her and Jeff Dunham should do a four-way.

I'm surprised at the breadth of opinion on this one. I think it must strike at the heart of people's concept of funny. For me - this is exactly my favourite type of video. Messes with my head a bit but still makes me laugh.

Monty Python is a very different kind of humour, but effects me the same way.

Also, she's very good when you deconstruct the performance a bit. Her little nervous impromptu laughs and feigned shock are of course completely scripted but come across as so natural. She's very good.

For those of you who don't think this is funny- perhaps you need a better laugh track to help you out.
