ponceleonsays...Man... Lucasarts used to make kick-ass shit left and right. Now they have been reduced to milking the same starwars bullshit over and over and over... It's like they have a department devoted to "yet another hoth level."
Paybacksays...That wasn't a cliffhang... oh wait... I see what you did there...
Kevlarsays...Yes yes yes. Full Throttle was the perfect antidote to a genre quickly growing stale in the mid 90s - the Adventure Game. The mechanics of the Adventure Game had become little more than an exercise in "click every screen, save every item, MacGyver together some random items to beat puzzles" before Full Throttle kicked them in the teeth. Yes, almost literally - Full Throttle's first screen required you to punch your way out of a dumpster, kick down a door, and use a giant nose ring as a handle, using just two commands, as a clear indictment of the silliness the Adventure Game had taken on.
It was brilliant, straightforward, and memorable. Full Throttle 2 should not have been canceled.
Bruti79says...Amazing game, with a great sound track. It would have made the video longer, but there's a great part where you have the box of bunnies and toss it into the Fan on the truck...fun =)
Shepppardsays...my mark hamil senses are tingling.
Zawashsays...Should have used a leftover bunny on the fan - a nice, little easter egg. The only resource that doesn't respawn in the game.
