I think the sheer quantity of them, combined with the fact that they said "Xmas ornaments" instead of what they were, made the difference in this case.

It's a good thing they didn't have Chong's picture on them!

I think its funny that these two news douches stumble over the words "marijuana " and "drugs". They also have to say they might not know what these things are, and the they may have heard about things like this. This is news for pre-schoolers.

I don't know...I think it is legal to sell "tobacco water pipes" but not import them because of customs which I believe is Federal business. If I remember correctly, Tommy Chong got busted by the feds for selling tobacco water pipes even though it was legal in his state. The government wanted to use him as a scapegoat.
