HollywoodBobsays...Oddly enough if they had simply labelled the boxes "Water pipes - for the consumption of tobacco only!" they would have been fine.
mysdrialIt could just be me, but some of those items look suspiciously like glass dongs, not bongs.
TrancecoachI think the sheer quantity of them, combined with the fact that they said "Xmas ornaments" instead of what they were, made the difference in this case.
It's a good thing they didn't have Chong's picture on them!
csnel3says...I think its funny that these two news douches stumble over the words "marijuana " and "drugs". They also have to say they might not know what these things are, and the they may have heard about things like this. This is news for pre-schoolers.
ThrobbinThey certainly know what a teabagger is though.
Oh America, you so crazy!

I don't know...I think it is legal to sell "tobacco water pipes" but not import them because of customs which I believe is Federal business. If I remember correctly, Tommy Chong got busted by the feds for selling tobacco water pipes even though it was legal in his state. The government wanted to use him as a scapegoat.
guitarwolfCan somebody explain why a pipe is illegal?... Seriously.
rebuilder"I believe"... *nudge nudge*
