Four years of demolition and construction in five minutes

A nifty little time-lapse video showing the four year construction of the expansion for the Royal Ontario Museum -- apparently they took one picture a day, and then in ten minute intervals during opening week.

holy hell that thing's ugly. In years to come people will laugh at that thing

you haven't seen ugly until you've seen Toronto's OCAD (Ontario College of Art & Design). The Crystal's actually quite nice & looks great at night when all lit up for promotional events.
You can even see a dinosaur skeleton peeking out through one of the windows as you walk past on Bloor street.

Granted I haven't looked at the thing yet, but you have to imagine people said what was said by the first commenter in regards to the sydney opera house.

you have to imagine the neighbors spent most of their time trying to figure out where they were going with it. lol.
