OUCH! I guess it's safe to assume that loud *SNAP* was his bone(s) breaking, but we know the *SMACK* was his body against the rock wall.

Eesh. That's gonna leave a mark.

Reminds me of a cartoon. Haha.. The guy gets hurt twice.

Thats some bad luck. I hope it was just a dislocation, but wouldn't dislocate in three places? Ankle, Knee, and Hip...ok to much time spent dwelling on the ouch factor.

He seems to have three moments of injury. 1) when the weight of his body pulls the rope tight on his foot 2) on the backswing, while dangling upside down, he smacks his head on a large rock 3) his body his the cliff face.

It really looks like the second one is was the most damaging, though it is hard to see.
