mtaddsays...I just priced out a ticket online for that flight on 8/29/2012....$700 for the 3 hour flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong. That's really not that bad. I was expecting it to be much more.
spoco2says...Man, the best I've ever traveled was Business Class, and that was just amazing to me, and that was over 10 years ago. I need to get flown Business Class or 1st again by a company (the only way I would get to really, can never justify the huge increase in price to fly business/first over economy).
This just looks like an insanely comfortable way to do long haul flights.
griefer_queafersays...Where's the handjob machine?
I love the video and the strange dude. And I love his genuine curiosity. But first clas always seemed to me like a totally un-democratic thing. Why not use all that extra space used for rich people showers and ascending refrigerators and let everyone spread out a bit more? That's why I love Jet Blue... the PEOPLE'S airline. HAHA
Jinxsays...you used to be in with a good shot of being upgraded if you asked nicely and they had seats free. I've not flown in years now so I don't know if thats still the case.
The nicest flight I ever had was British Airways from London to Mexico when I was 14 or something. I was flying without an adult so the flight attendants made you comfortable. Couldn't blag first class though. I always loved the experience of flying. Even the airports. There is a strange glamour to them that still kinda enchants me.
