Filmation's Ghostbusters Intro

In 1975 a live-action children's show called The Ghost Busters aired 15 episodes.

In 1984 Columbia Pictures licensed the name for their more well known movie, Ghostbusters.

In 1986, in the wake of the movie's popularity, Filmation revived their own Ghost Busters as the cartoon now referred to as "Filmation's Ghostbusters", prompting the cartoon adaptation of the movie to become "The Real Ghostbusters".

Classic stuff. I used to watch this along side the Real version. Although I kinda like the Real version better since it's got more dark themes than this one.

I have to admit I liked the old-school Phaeton style car a 'lil better than Ecto 1.
