siftbotsays...Self promoting this video and sending it back into the queue for one more try; last queued Friday, June 17th, 2011 11:21am PDT - promote requested by original submitter Chimeling.
solecistsays...i love how during the long range shots you can hear the supersonic snap of the bullet just before the rifle report.
GenjiKilpatricksays...I like how he sorta loses his accent the faster he speaks.
ponceleonsays...WTF are those explosive rounds he's using at the end?
RittWittsays...He's shooting at targets loaded with tannerite - the rounds he's using are not explosive in any way.

Ryjkyjsays...That's a good lookin' rifle. I've never seen the leg on the stock for the full tripod effect. I bet that helps a lot.
Asmosays...I know it's ridiculous gun porn but there's just something in it that draws me back... X D
mizilasays...Do want.
critical_dsays...I wonder what kind of ammo he uses. From what I understand, the nuances of the bullet are just as important as the rifle when shooting from such a long range.

Metal is my guess...I don't know much about guns.
jimnmssays...Isn't that the same rifle they used on Mythbusters for the "Dodge a Bullet" myth?
papplesays...That fake accent never fails to annoy me.
Retroboysays...YOU go ahead and tell him that.
I'll be way, way over the other side of that hill. The one on the horizon.
Sagemindsays...What amazes me are that he even has access to all these guns. Sure a collector may have some of there and in rare cases and rich collector may have all of these. So where is he getting them? He's to young to be a collector and acquire all of these on his own.
These have to be sponsored in some way. Advertisements from the companies that distribute and sell the guns maybe..???
Anyone have the scoop?
Sagemindsays..."Imagine my surprise when the mad “Russian” himself strolled into breakfast yesterday. Our favorite IGOTD had shown up at the blogger shoot. I cornered him at the range (where he was wearing muffs and glasses). While he didn’t want any photos or videos taken he agreed to a short interview. After softening him up with some easy questions about the weather, his guns and the intricacies of Baltic cuisine, I asked him a real question: what’s up with the lack of eyes and ears? He responded that he recognized he needed to be wearing PPE and would do so in the future; especially since 20 percent of his viewership is under 18. FPS doesn’t want to set a bad example for the tweens. So, is he Russian? I can definitively report . . .
Nyet!
I was sitting at the breakfast table with ace snapper Oleg Volk. Oleg, a genuine Russian emigre who speak the lingua franca of the old Communist Evil Empire, thought FPS was Russian—because of his lack of safety. So I sent Oleg to speak Russian with FPS.
Oleg reported that FPS couldn’t talk the walk. When I interviewed the Internet phenom he sounded like a good ‘ole southern boy.
And there you have it: a fake Russian playing with really big guns. Except not in his most recent post, which has him paint-balling his little heart out. Good thing Lucky Gunner’s got him back with serious firepower. Dasvidaniya!" - http://thetruthaboutguns.com/2011/05/ryan-finn/confirmed-fps-russia-a-k-a-fpsrussia-isnt-russian/
ponceleonsays...Boooo! I'm sad he really isn't Russian, but you know what? I forgive him cuz he still finds ridiculous guns and makes good vids.
