I remember PARC had been working on 'paper' displays - some even in color - Though I hadn't heard much since, but I don't believe it was OLED based.

This is pretty awesome stuff when you start looking at the possibilities

The "digital paper" technology appears to be a non-starter - encapsulated two colored magnetic balls. OLED looks great, and I think this one might actually be ink-jet printed on the surface, which might result in very cheap production.

OLEDs TOLEDs and FOLEDS have been in development for about 5 years now, ever since some uni researchers' work was stolen on bioluminescense.

I've been waiting for them for ages, without much change in the released information because alot of companies are keeping their cards close to their chests. The most finished version I saw about a year ago was a samsung or panasonic 18" monitor using OLED's and it looked awesome.

My question is, why would you choose lacrosse footage to show off your new tech?
