Actress Elizabeth Taylor has died, her publicist told US broadcaster CNN on Wednesday.

She was 79 and had been in treated in hospital. She died of congestive heart failure at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, her publicist said.
Taylor was born on February 27, 1932, in London.

She was made a Dame by the Queen of England.
