If there is one place in the world where magic happens, real hocus-pocus, Merlin, Clarke's Third Law, freaky shit, then El Bulli is it.

Ferran Adria is an excellent example of the adage "The difference between madness and genius is measured only by success."

They won't even show WHAT they are doing this year, but I saw some of the stuff they were doing last year, and I don't even have a theory for how they did it.
