Early Moments Of California Delta Fire On I-5

In a video, a passenger in a vehicle on the freeway screams: "Oh my God, I want to go!" as trees catch fire and flames race up a hillside next to the road. Many trucks had to be abandoned on the freeway and have burned.

The Delta Fire is just North of Redding, California, the site of the recent deadly Carr fire.
The Delta fire started approximately 1pm Sept 5 and in under 24 hours has grown to over 15000 acres with 0% containment. It is responsible for closing a 45 mile stretch of I-5, the only freeway linking California and Oregon.
