A three part documentary of current happenings in the motor city built on rock and roll, fast cars. Post war/post automobile industry production requires rebuilt basic infrastructure-food, fun, and a willingness to want to be there fueled by unlimited potential and resources. It's the United State's DIY city of the future...BE THERE!
