After all these years, Cyndi Lauper still knows how to have fun.

The 80s pop icon calmed a crowd of angry travellers who were stranded at the Buenos Aires Airport on Friday by leading them in a sing-along of her hit songs.

As tempers flared over flight cancellations and delays, Cyndi, 57, commandeered an airport microphone and belted out her hit song, Girls Just want To Have Fun.
