Oh so cute. I bet the parents thought it would make for a funny video. Totally deranged people. I bet it won't be so funny when the kid meets up with one in the wild and still thinks it's Ok to play with them. Of course then the parents will probably go on a crusade to wipe all Cobras off the face of the earth because "They're evil".

otherwise venomous creature, in order to instill a desired effect, or attribute in the child, perrhaps they are a family of snake handlers...
