Does Keith know what Halloween is about?
I guess Keith has never seen any of the 20 Halloween movies, or any of the other countless horror films that revolve around this holiday.

Maybe he's got it confused with Arbor Day.

Most people just eat candy and have a good time on Halloween, rather than engaging in violence, so Keith's statement is fair, isn't it?
