This has nothing to do with "schadenfreude".
The one filming is only happy to have some "evidence" of "police brutality" to upload to youtube. On top of that he is THE most gigantic asshole for waiting until the victim gets tased until he explains the issue to the cop.
He should be held accountable for not informing the cop immediately about the mental state of his "friend".
And if he gets a sentence I will be laughing and THAT will be "Schadenfreude"

I agree that it is terrible to let someone come to harm just to have some funny vid to upload.
But it does not belong in the Terrible-channel.
"Videos of terrible, awful What-Were-They-Thinking commercial/pop-culture products/releases. Terrible music videos, movies, TV show clips, toys, etc. Things that some corporate exec decided to actually give a green light."

Ok you don't like him...but the cop is the one that's supposed to be responsible here. Protect and Serve...I don't care about the cameraman because he has no power over me...the cop however could taze me to death without caring and get a slap on the wrist.
