This clip shows the explosion of primary bomblets and delayed explosion of further bomblets. The surroundings look like a typical residential area. Armenia and Azerbaijan both stockpiled and deployed cluster munitions.

Stepanakert, also called Khankendi and originally Vararakn, is the capital and the largest city of the de facto Republic of Artsakh. As of 2015, the population of Stepanakert is 55,200.
