BicycleRepairMansays...There was liquid in those tanks, which probably amplifies the strain on the shelves. This is why tank trucks have cylinder-shaped tanks as opposed to box-shaped, as it reduced the chances of rolling over. These square tanks are not suited for stacking in quake-prone areas.
