Chris Ware discusses Building Stories, a comic book

from paul constant's stranger blog: I love how un-television-aware he is; all his facial expressions are clearly the sign of a man who spends most of his waking life communing with a drawing board. I like that Ware prefers the term "comic books" to "graphic novels." I also love this quote: "If you don’t understand a painting, you just think you don’t know much about the history of art, but if you don’t understand a comic book, you just think the comic artist [sic] is an idiot."
