How is it possible that I agree with Rick Santorum on something???

The thing I didn't understand is why the lawyer didn't really answer why it wasn't a class action lawsuit. he mentioned that it would benefit everyone, but wouldn't the suit be more powerful if more people were involved? Or is that not possible for this type of lawsuit?

My understanding is that Chris, as a person potentially covered by the act is bringing a criminal charge against the administration for infringing on his constitutional rights. Class action cases are general ( always? ) civil court cases, and seek damages. Seeking a constitutional ruling and a stay, is more wide reaching than seeking damages or protections for a single class.

I am glad this man is fighting the good fight, as he spoke , I'm thinking "hell yes, those bastards are overstepping the line" . And then , what he says in the last 15 sec of this video, just floors me. He is talking about the infamous WTSHTF scenario!! He thinks the elite are getting ready!!! Alex Jones was right!!

Its true, I hate to sound paranoid or alarmist but I definitely do not think it was coincidental that bill was passed a bit after the immense popularity of Occupy. They plan on fighting dissent and popular protest on our own soil and not in the ways they do it now: all media, police state, illegal arrests etc but with the mofuggin military. Demonic, unpatriotic, robot, bastards.

But, if they do decide to use the military on our own soil... it may end up benefiting the real rulers of the country, the 99%! Heh heh heh.
