I think this is the last public interview Charlton Heston gave shortly after going public of having Alzheimer's Disease. This aired in 2002.

Terry Pratchett has raised the awareness of Alzheimer's quite a lot recently (in the UK atelast) by declaring his condition. I hope they make great progress on treatments for this.
