Catnip Overdose

This was his first time ever being exposed to catnip. We didn't think it would effect him at all, but we were wrong! He got into a whole bag and went crazy! It was funny to watch!

We had some catnip in the backyard. Emphasis on 'had' as the cats rolled around in it so much they killed it.

Note to cat owners: Catnip is fine, but he should be worried about the cat swallowing the plastic from that bag. Ingestion of plastic of any significant size could block up the intestines and kill your cat!

It also happens when cats rip up flip flops and eat the chunks they tear off.

We did too. First they ate all the leaves, and we joked, well, they'll have to let it come back now. Then they ate all the stems, and we joked they'll REALLY have to let it grow back now. But no, instead they dug up the roots and ate those too.
