If we can throw people in jail and call them abusers for blowing pot smoke in their pet's faces, I don't see how this is any different.

FWIW, the punishment is overly harsh IMO too.

That stuff should be re-named Sex on the Beach. Because it is f'n near water.

Not much different than giving them catnip. Both are drugs.
