But this is why PARENT's, not the GOVERNMENT should govern what their children know and have access to.

Parents need to raise kids who know that people on the internet are not necessarily who they say they are. Parent's need to limit the access their kids have to the internet, and raise kids that would tell them if they were ever intending to meet some stranger.

Scary that this sort of thing actually does occur... sort of .
