I love that these badass (and very young) military men are driving a 1980s Toyota Corolla.

Yah the Corolla was the funniest part. I thought the tank they created was fabulous. Seemed like they did put a lot of work into this small production.

Great special effects. Part of me recoils (ha) a bit. As a father of a young boy- I'm really starting to come up against the glorification of guns in our culture. I know from experience that's it's built in to boys- we have a no toy gun rule in the house- and yet, he's fashioned a whole armoury of weapons out of Lego.

Guns are giant metal penises shooting lead semen of domination. It appeals to me too- watching something like this gets the adrenalin flowing. I just wish it didn't.
