1. Ya sure you can end programs that are unnecessary, in your Hussein-boy opinion. It's all political, and you'd try to probably end some that are perfectly good.

2. Transparency is all well and good, but any half-witted American can find out most of this online with a little research. Besides, how awesome will be it be to more easily see all the new laws eroding your freedom that you can't stop?
