Bill Hader talks about working with Tom Cruise on Tropic Thunder. He also does a really good Seth Rogen impression, and tells a funny story about working as a PA on the set of Collateral Damage.

He's a funny guy. He seems very different from when he's in character.

This sift just put him somewhere near the top of my favorite actors list - he seems like a genuinely funny and likable guy.

It's funny... after only seeing him on SNL, I was surprised to see him this jovial and loose.
