I miss that show, never missed an episode back in the day. This was a good match.

New series of Robot Wars here after god knows how many years. I loved that show when I was a kid.

Pretty entertaining almost like in AI.

The guy who made Minotaur is also a metalurgist, so he specifically made strong compounds for the drum and the frame. The hammer may have been effective against some bots, but his Mino's composition was just bouncing that hammer off it's frame.

I'm glad this show came back. =)

Side note, there was also an awesome match where someone got their battery sawed through and the fluid spilled out all over the arena floor. =)

Technically not robots though, more like remote controlled vehicles (hides under table).

Well, there was one this season with an 'auto target' feature that made it attack on it's own....that one was a robot...no?

Maybe BattleDrones or Drone Wars is a little too close to reality?
